Free Shipping

USPS First Class or UPS Ground (Automatic Knives) shipping is included for free within the United States on most orders over $99.

Some items are not eligible for free shipping regardless of order size.
If the free shipping option does not appear at checkout, your cart contains an item that does not qualify.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $99: Flat rate $5.99 (USPS Ground Advantage)

  • Orders over $99: Free standard shipping

  • Upgraded Shipping:

    • $9 flat rate (orders over $99)

    • $9.99 flat rate (orders under $99)

Additional expedited shipping options are available at checkout via USPS and UPS.

Automatic Knife Shipping

All automatic knives ship UPS only and cannot be shipped via USPS.

If free shipping is selected at checkout, the order will ship UPS Ground.
For faster delivery, select an express UPS or FedEx option at checkout.

By purchasing an automatic knife, you confirm you are legally allowed to own it in your area.

Processing & Handling Time

We pride ourselves on fast shipping so you receive your order quickly.

  • Most orders placed by 3 PM EST ship the same business day unless manual verification is required.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST ship the next business day.

  • We do not ship on weekends.

  • Weekend orders ship the following Monday.

Signature Requirements

Orders may require a signature upon delivery in the following cases:

  • Orders over $800 (automatic requirement)

  • First-time orders (at our discretion)

  • Orders shipping to certain apartment or suite addresses

Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

We cannot control carrier delivery times.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

If you pay for expedited shipping and the carrier does not meet the estimated delivery window, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Package Theft & Proof of Delivery

Carriers now provide photo proof of delivery.

If a package is marked delivered to the correct address but is stolen,
we cannot replace or refund the order.

If you live in a high-risk area, we strongly recommend selecting Signature Required at checkout.

Shipping Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

For fraud prevention, we cannot change shipping addresses after an order is placed.
No exceptions.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or mis-delivered, a carrier investigation must be completed before any replacement or refund can be issued.

In many cases, packages marked delayed are ultimately delivered, so we must allow the carrier process to finish before taking further action.

Shipping Delays Notice

Shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays.
Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day services are not guaranteed, and carriers may not issue refunds for delays.

Friday overnight shipments may arrive Saturday depending on your local carrier.
